Lori started her career in the finance industry but after some time she was ready for a change and pursued a career in the dental industry, of which she has been in for the last 20 years. She started as a dental assistant but quickly advanced to management within the private practice sector. While pursuing her operation management goals, Lori started consulting with practices and directed the facilitation of practice purchases, sales and start ups. Lori's experience led her to  spearheading a training and development department within a DSO and turning that focus to building out an onboarding program for newly acquired practices. Because of her experience in finance and dental operations, Lori is known for effective and simplified RCM processes she developed and has trained numerous dental professional on.
